Cancellation & Return
Right of withdrawal
The right to withdraw from the contract exists for fourteen days. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the return must be registered via the returns portal and the instructions must be followed. Only returns that have been registered via the returns portal will be accepted.
The goods are returned at your own expense and risk. The goods must be returned immediately and within fourteen days of delivery. The deadline is met if the goods are shipped before the end of the fourteen days.
The goods must be returned in unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging and complete with accessories and all attached documents. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Consequences of revocation:
All payments will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer). The refund will be made immediately and within fourteen days of receipt of the return. The payment method used in the original transaction will be used for the repayment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for this repayment.
The refund may be refused until the goods have been received or until proof has been provided that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs earlier.
It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs.
Underwear cannot be exchanged.
